Too many hickups

From the city map, after I agree to save a photo, the camera disappears. Then switching between app and camera causes tracking to disappear. Letting the help desk know results in no response! That leaves the map and the accompanying writeup as the only value, which you pay for. But in some places it cant compete with the free maps and write ups for ease of use and safety.
