Unreliable - major problem downloading files -crashes

Tried downloading San Francisco several times. Each time the download bar showed complete and said it was "preparing file", sat there and spun for awhile and then crashed. Opening it again showed no downloaded file. Same thing happened with New York City.

One download that was supposed to have several tours (Athens, I think) ended up being only 0.3Mb and actually downloaded. But the only useable (?) function was create own tour.

Eighteen months ago, this was a moderately useful app. Now, it is just a mess.
